We only build products when we can see the workflow clearly and commit to operating the result.

We build products around work that has to happen every day, not a demo that looks good in a launch video.

Every product has to be supportable: clear data boundaries, permissions, failure states, and a path for the next engineer.

We do not ship a product because the category is fashionable. It has to solve a problem we understand and can keep improving.
